COVID-19 UPDATE: NEW INFORMATION
Hello Tri-County Vet Community! We wanted to let you know new rules implemented during the recent pandemic as we are still open for normal business hours. These rules will be in effect until further notice and we ask that you take them seriously.
As of May 1st, these new policies will be in place.
1. We will continue to run curbside service for appointments only in the month of May. Dropoffs for surgeries and grooms will be taken from your car into the clinic. Clients will not be allowed inside to limit exposure. Medications will stay the same. Call ahead, prepay, and medication will be brought out to your car when you get here. We also offer an online pharmacy through Vets First Choice/Covetrus. This way the medicine comes straight from our manufacturers to you. This is the link: https://tricountyvettn.vetsfirstchoice.com/
2. NO WALK-INS WILL BE SEEN. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. This is because we will be running the clinic on limited staff to keep our employees safe. You may call the clinic to set up an appointment.
2. We will start being open again on Saturdays. Again by appointment only and curbside.
3. Yearly shots can now be scheduled.
As of right now, no members of our staff have been infected or exposed. We are taking extra sanitary precautions within the hospital including wearing masks and checking our temperatures before work to ensure excessive standards of cleanliness are met. We will do whatever we can to ensure your pets are taken care of during emergencies and do have a plan to stay open if possible.
We will keep you updated through our PetDesk app and on our Facebook page. Should anything change, we will keep you updated through these platforms.
The AVMA has listed some additional information regarding Covid-19 for pet owners, below is a link to their website. If information changes, they will continue to update their recommendations to us and owners within the veterinary field.

We are so thankful to our customers for being patient with us during this stressful time. As a company, we are grateful that we get the chance to serve our community.
Our main priority is to keep our employees, customers, and patients safe. We understand that limiting our services may cause some frustrations. But we thank you in advance for bearing with us and keeping these rules.
Love,
The Tri-County Veterinary Family ❤
